1953 Bach Mount Vernon Mercury Trumpet in Lacquer:  Fantastic player!

Now updated... stripped lacquer,  cleaned, polished, and a very light buff applied by our shop.

While  the Stradivarius was Vincent Bach's  flagship instrument  (and still remains so to this day)  the Mercury Model horns are really underrated instruments that play fantastically well.    This horn came into the shop with a pretty gnarly bell ding and we took it out along with performing a full cleaning service as well.  The horn plays fabulously (see the video below)  and please be sure to view all the pictures.   While the valves have a bunch of visual wear with Berp #3 the horn plays very fine.

Note the fact the horn has no tuning slides (this is how it came from the factory).

Sold with no case or mouthpiece
