King Liberty Trumpet Model from the 1920's

Serial # 111,xxx
just  serviced, cleaned and aligned.
In Great shape (see pics)  and plays ridiculously well.
Smaller shanked mpcs (or small reeves sleeved)  work best on this horn.
I love the sound and compact feel of these horns. In fact I have one in my collection (a bit older) that I use on certain applications.
In my opinion (and many others) the early King Liberty horns might be the best "American Besson-inspired" horns.   The Liberties,  with the smaller .448 bore and tighter wrap,  make ideal improvising instruments as it feels like you can move all over the horn with very little effort.
I had my friends at Kingston Winds get this horn back to fully functional playing shape.    The receiver is not original but a 30's-era  Liberty replacement (I think).
I have some videos of me playing on a Liberty and will see if I can upload them.  These are some of the best horns of the era and still play great today!
