F. Schmidt 37SLTD Trumpet with Hard Case

This is one of the  unsung heroes of the brass industry.   Made for Schmidt  by B&S  in Germany this is one amazing horn and honestly in my opinion a better playing horn than the Bach 37 trumpet.  This horn had some bell work done by our shop tech Ian and it's ready to go to a a great home for a good price!   If you are looking for an extremely solid professional horn for a fair price this is it!

Overall the condition of this horn is very good.  Some slight wear,  scratching, and some fading of the gold trim.   The horn has been completely serviced by our shop and internally is great.  Valves are superb and fast.   All the slides work 100% and the horn plays great. Solid, high quality instrument.

A VERY nice horn!
Written by Greg Baldwin on 19th Jan 2018

I had been watching the Bb trumpet section for months hoping I'd find an instrument close to a "pro" horn in my price range (up to $1,000). When this trumpet came up for sale I had to have it! Trent Austin has a great reputation among the players on the forums I belong to, so I decided to purchase this horn sight unseen. I now know for sure his reputation is well deserved. This instrument arrived in better visual condition than I was willing to accept, and in fact might be better than the "very good" rating ACB assigned it. The slides are tight and smooth, and the valves are VERY fast. And hey, it sounds beautiful too! So, I'm one proud owner, and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Thanks, ACB!
